At Steve’s Hardware, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy — giving you 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition — unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging
  • Include a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

⚠️ Please do not send items back without requesting a return first — unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll work quickly to correct the issue.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g. hygiene or beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different item or size? The fastest way is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item
  2. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund
